For your convenience and to maintain the highest level of security, payments for Centrium go through PayPal - the global leader in online payments.
To configure Centrium subscription follow these steps:
STEP 1 - Go to billing settings
Account owner (billing admin) can configure billing going to Account settings and clicking on the "Billing" tab or use this link: https://app.centriumcrm.com/#settings/billing.
To enable billing, click the "Set up billing" button in the billing tab.
STEP 2 - Enter your billing details
Centrium will pick the right plan for you, depending on your user count and storage data use.
Before you set up payment method, please provide us with information that will be on your invoice.
After you fill in the details please click "Continue to billing methods" to pick your payment method and confirm your subscription.
STEP 3 - Pick your payment method - enter Credit Card details or select PayPal account
If you have a valid Credit Card, enter your Credit card details and click "Create subscription" to confirm.
We will validate your credit card and set up a recurring billing profile. The selected payment method will be billed every month for your Centrium subscription until you cancel it.
You can also use a PayPal account for Centrium billing - click on the "PayPal" button and log in to your PayPal account to approve future Payments for Centrium.
You will be automatically billed each month starting from "Billing start date" until you cancel your subscription or delete Centrium account.
If your next billing date is past due or today, you will be billed immediately and then every month.
