With Centrium you can track deal process from first contact with the customer to shipment and payments.

Deals in Centrium can have three statuses:

  • open - still being negotiated with the client, we gather the details of the transaction (its the default status of the newly added deals).
  • won - means that we sold our products / offer
  • lost - the customer changed his mind, selected offer from other company etc.


In addition, open deals have stages - steps that lead you through the sale process, for example: negotiations, offer sent, waiting for answer, shipment etc.

You can define sale stages in Centrium Account settings, to adjust them to your company sales process

When you mark a deal as won or lost, you can select the reason for which the client has chosen us or why we lost him. This will allow to further analyse your offer and improve the competitiveness of your business.
